2016 Rosedale Kids Summer Olympics/Field Day

In honor of the upcoming summer Olympic Games, we hosted a special field day where kids ages 6 to 12 competed in teams for a chance to take home prizes and winning medals! This event will helped our Rosedale kids kick off a safe and fun summer break.

Our kids had so much fun! We want to thank Awesome Sports and Games for providing the games and equipment and all of our amazing volunteers and community members (near and far) who donated to make this event possible. Check out the photos below.

Wish List

Awesome Sports and Games has generously offered to provide the games, equipment, and program for free. But we need your help to provide enough adult volunteers, snacks, and prizes.

Wonder what you can get us? We’ve already made an Amazon shopping list.

Volunteers

We’re going to have a lot of kids, so we’ll need a lot of adults to help supervise. Teens can volunteer as well to receive community service hours.

Volunteers will each be stationed at an activity where they will tell kids how to play the game and make sure everyone is following the rules and playing safely. We’ll also need help with event check-in, setup, and cleanup.

You can sign up to volunteer here.
